@@sharkyshark52 it's because it was bugged. If you tried to use your passive and then use a Q, your ability wouldn't do damage and you couldn't cast it again for a few seconds. If the bug happened with your Q2, not only it wouldn't do damage, but it would also go into cd, not letting you cast the Q3 (sorry for the bad english).
