Win 7 is Vista SP3, for my opinion...i used Vista SP2 6-7 Years on different computers and no any problems, after switched to 7 this is better ok, but not much better than Vista SP2, this is 2 very similar of :)

Actually, the start menu pinning feature does exist on Windows 7. You just have to right click and click on "Pin to start menu" on the context menu.

Someone needs to make a Linux distro based on older Windows it would be the CLOSEST you can get to using them in 2024 and beyond I don't see why Microsoft hasn't done a spin off to this where the people donate to keep up with the support.

Windows has to add support back to windows 7, with more optimization and supporting things like steam. This could be a big change for those (like me) who hate the extremely modern desktop

Windows 7 ends supports generally in 2020, and "corporately" in 2023. They already gave the "3 year grace", why would they want to add more? (this is perhaps from Microsoft' presepective)
