50.000 $ for this small land at the end of the world? what you are dreaming about? its worth 2000$... with fantasie 5000.. but 50000 is a poor joke.. 50k for a small land in the middle of nowhere. with no infrastrukture an naigbours who earn 100-200$ in month.. coooome down.. 50k.. i dont belive it.. 10-20 times more then the real worth.. you guys are dreaming.. seams u guys there try to find the one st upid one under 100 people who are looking.. you are in ghana.. not in miami guys...what the hell are you thinking?you are in one of the most poor areas in the world and anncounce prices like in the most rich areas in the world :) what is going on in your mind? in 50 years - if ghana looks like the usa.. and a taxidriver ears 5000$ a month.. then you can sell it for this price.. now its 2000$ . if u want more - nobody will come.. you also dont go to a poor fast food restaurant and pay gordon ramsey london first class restaurant prices or? 50k great god.

It’s a big scam leasing which means rent , and salt pond is a cheap area so these prices are over price to rent for 50 years
