Mei-Mei always had this language barrier issue, though it was more just the normal language-learning. You don’t exactly start out learning expressions and phrases. ​@@MrPeaceGuy54bro Phoenix was literally stronger than tsubasa and almost everyone in the first season except for gingka but i can tell u how he manager to defeat them the confusion played a part for sure but u see the other bays were already clashing even before Phoenix arrived which caused them damage and reduced there stamina n that's the reason he was able to one shot them all at once

Not only was Gingka able to defeat him in Metal Fusion, it is also true that the power levels have increased a lot this season. Gingka has a legendary beyblade. Masamune was able to defeat Yu (the third most powerful Dark Nebula blader) without too many issues at the beginning of the show. Both Masamune and Gingka are significantly stronger. Plus, you have Kenta and the whole Chinese team who have been training hard to become stronger. I find it highly improbable that Phoenix had enough power to beat them all at once, especially when he didn't even train much (how could he do so when he was busy managing the affairs of the WBBA?). Phoenix caught them off-guard, just like Argo surprised Gingka and took him out with one hit. Had Gingka been prepared, he wouldn't have been taken out immediately.

He isn't more powerful than all of them. He just caught them off-guard. It's why Argo was able to defeat Gingka with one hit.

@@MrPeaceGuy54 I was exaggerating, but it’s still impressive. Argo sniped a very exhausted Gingka. Phoenix countered a bunch of special moves. I’m sure he wouldn’t beat someone like Gingka or Dashan in a one v one. However Phoenix is a strong blader in his own rigjt

I wouldn't say that he countered the special moves; I would say that he basically dodged their power by his surprise attack. Again, we all know that power levels have increased a lot this season. Gingka was able to defeat Phoenix by himself last season. He has now mastered Galaxy Pegasus-a legendary beyblade. Plus, we have Masamune-who was able to beat Yu, the third strongest blader of the Dark Nebula, with ease at the beginning of the season. Masamune is much more powerful than he was back then. Plus, Kenta and the entire Chinese teams used their special moves as well. All of them had been training hard to become stronger. I find it unlikely that Phoenix was able to surpass their combined powers, especially when he used the same move he already had and didn't train much (a reasonable conclusion considering that he is the head of the WBBA).

@@MrPeaceGuy54 I just want to point out that Masamune is a little overrated. Yu was the third strongest blader from the Dark Nebula competing in Battle Bladers. But if you put aside Reiji and Ryuga , every other blader including Tetsuya, tobyo and the bears were jokes. So Yu being third isnt a surprise.

Since Phoenix is overseeing the operations of the WBBA and doesn't have to worry about Dark Nebula, it's unclear how much more powerful he has become since the last time we saw him. Masamune and Chao Xin were almost equal at the beginning of Metal Masters. This same Masamune was able to defeat Yu without facing too many issues. Yu was the third most powerful Dark Nebula blader in Metal Fusion. By the time Phoenix launched his bey in Metal Masters, Masamune and Chao Xin had grown stronger. In addition, strong bladers like Dashan and Gingka were present.

Every other Blader DJ throughout the world tournament paled in comparison to the one we know and love from Metal Fusion.
