The fried dumplings in the video at 10 minutes 30 seconds, look like a dish that I make here in Buffalo New York called a pierogi. Pierogies are a dish from Poland. There is a area in Buffalo called Broadway Market. When I was little, I was born in 84. From the 1950s to like early 90s the area in and around Broadway Market had a lot of Polish people living there. The tradition still stays till this day at the Broadway Market during the Easter time. Basically I'll stop rambling about Buffalo New York. I just wanted to explain a little about pierogies and how the dumplings look like them. I love watching your Channel. 저 집 원래 청주 사직동에 있었는데 바로 근처에 2호점 차리길래 "본점 근처에 2호점?" 이랬는데 얼마 안가서 2호점만 남고 본점은 사라지더니 율량동으로 옮겼나보네요 옮기기 전에 진짜 자주 사먹던 집이라(지금도 2호점에서 간간히 사먹긴함) 정말 여러번 먹어봤는데 개인적으로 저집은 튀김이 제일 맛있었어요 튀김 하나하나가 크기도 크고 꽤 오래지나도 바삭하고 가성비도 ㄹㅇ 좋았고 수제 튀김이라 바로 만들어서 튀겨준적도 있었고요 (오징어, 야채, 고추 튀김이 젤 괜찮았음) 호떡도 종류별로 먹어보긴 했는데 아이스크림 빼면 그냥 일반 호떡이 젤 맛있었음 근데 가격까지 따져서 생각하면 일반호떡이 원픽ㅋㅋ 단점은 떡볶이에 굵은 가래떡을 숭덩 숭덩 넣는다는건데 솔직히 그거 호불호 좀 많이 갈림 좋아하는 사람도 있겠지만 갠적으로도 별로였고요 그래서 맨날 떡볶이 대신 빨간 오뎅 시켜서 거기 있는 떡볶이 국물에 튀김 찍어 먹었음 아 쓰다보니 생각났는데 떡볶이 국물도 존맛이었음
