I saw some comments last week about how the GT would never get aftermarket tires because big name manufacturers weren't interested in making tires that size, since there's apparently no market for it. Then along comes TFL with a prototype Enduro tire... I love what you guys are doing for the sport, keep it up!

I can not imagine the investment TFL made to do this. I’ve only put a few on GT’s, but on so many XR’s, such a joy. Srsly out of the park! Put this on yer GT, lower it, new foot pads, and you have close to the board fm could of designed if they had gotten rider input. Shout out to Brandon for digging deep on my orders, I’m addicted to getting those FL packages now!

While it’s sad that aftermarket companies put more thought and effort into the basics of Onewheel than future motion themselves I think we can all say we are thankful they exist to help make Onewheel into what it’s customers actually want. Feel like the compound needs to be just a little bit more firm. My first tire is limping and the side wall is soft af on the left side for whatever reason. Other than that I’ve been loving the tire and probably am closer to 400 on the bad tire while I wait to put the replacement one on the 1st of February

The judo definitely helped. I’m a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu back belt and I’ve bailed on my xr at 30kph without safety gear and rolled right out of it without my head touching. I I had a few scrapes, but other than that I was out riding again later that day, without safety gear lol. I only gear up when riding off road trails.

It is almost guaranteed to not last as long, that rubber compound is WAY softer than future motion’s tires. I’d gladly take less mileage on a tire for a better ride quality.

My GT Enduro set at ~26 psi. I just put a new Burris all terrain on my Pint, and that one scared me a little as it went up to around ~60 before they set. I would hope/assume the catastrophic failure point is waaaaaaay higher than that, but still kind of scary!

I just put my 40th mile on the board (GT), slick tire. I tried to go thru short flat grass and unless I have momentum it barely moves. Tried Flow and Highline mode and no torgue to move me. No issue on paved hills though and I have some really steep ones in my neighborhood. Newbie here btw! I'm 215 lbs so well short of the limit.

My Pint X Burris tire would not set the 2nd side bead until quite high... I ended up trying it about 4 times since I wasn't comfortable taking it to higher than it was to get it to set. The latest time I tried more bead buddy and trying to help that tire placement a bit before I finally got it. That was my first experience dismounting and mounting a tire on anything. Had it in a 5 gal bucket for safety and to help compress it. Went to 60-70psi a handful of times but just did not want to go over that, felt sketchy.

Is this tire meant as a hybrid street and offroad/trail tire? Wanting to pick up a GT, but at this point not sure if I'd rather get it with a slick and put this on or get the stock treaded. If I end up with this one later, I'd probably just rather have the slick as an option. I wish you could easily just swap wheels/tires out but with their design you'd need an entire hub for that.

Yes it's a hybrid tire. The stock treaded isn't great, the slick is better.

i cringe at the tail drags hearing the screws exposed at about the 00:12:00 mark where mkosky is off the board just pivoting the board ever so gently with his foot. its like nails on a chaulk board, knowing the star bolts are contacting the ground. which happens soo quick on these bumpers also the holes in the front. the xr my riding the bumpers stock last so much longer, like a year, and im on GT bumper 3 where i have to grind notches to remove screws. so next mission please update your bumper solution asap. i need front clearance improvment, im forced to ride elevated on my chunky trails here to simulate a lift kit

Great stuff, revved up about the tire, loving my new Gt but will love it even more with that tire. Is the sidewall taller then stock GT,? I noticed the XR did just as good a job going through the thick sand on the beach because it has taller sidewalls, the superior torque on the the Gt excelled on the hard packed sand, but on first ride the XR did just as good on the stock tire in the thick sand because of the hight of the side walls on the XR.
