Great video. I would love more like this. My wife and I are looking to move to Chattanooga this time next year, and I have been trying to research neighborhoods lately. Signal mountain looks great, but just a little beyond our current budget.

Thank you for all the info. My husband retires in 3 months and we may be moving out that way in about a year. We’ve been in our SoCal home about 21 years. I keep eyeballing Signal Mountain. It seems lovely, and I love the Tennessee River. May I ask, what is the weather like all times of the year up on the mountain? And what bugs, reptiles and wild animals are there? Hurricanes and tornadoes? Is Hamilton Co. in the same protective pocket as Walker Co? Thanks so much. 🙏 We have a son who moved his family out to Rock Spring, GA., so we’d like to be close, but also give his family space. We have 4 other adult children that 2 or 3 are also thinking of moving out that way. Thanks again for the video. Very nice!

Signal Mountain is lovely! Because it’s on top of the plateau, tornadoes are not common. You can get some big storm systems though. The weather seems to be 5-10 degrees cooler on top than in the valley. Give me a call [phone]. Would love to talk and answer more of your questions!

Good vid, followed you on IG. We have been watching signal for sometime now. Not a lot for for sale there. Everywhere else around Chat has new inventory sitting. Any thoughts? Any new communitiies going up that are not zero lot lines?

If you work off the mtn.. its 30 min to get off the mtn.. 1 hr to get up. Signal is where people w credit card debt nest up..

19 a hr is average , if you come off the hellascious hill your gas tank will be needed to be filled twice a week.. stuck up people w alot of debt. The N shore has made signal a thing of the past.. Ridge is fine.. Lookout is the mountain to be.. no hospital.. Just get a helicopter if it's snowing, THE stuck up Ness is amazing.. king of the hey we have a 1/2 million home w 480 left 😅
