For us, this is the queen of all soups. A recipe that brings back to life. Delicious chicken with lots of vegetables and a healthy meal for everyone. You can add okra if you like, but you don't have to, it will still be delicious. A recipe like from a restaurant.
INGREDIENTS :
chicken
onion
carrot
garlic
celery
flour 1 spoon
sour cream 1 spoon
an egg
RECIPE:
✅ Fry the chicken for 5 minutes in butter
✅ Add vegetables and cook for 30 minutes. You may or may not add okra.
✅ Cut the vegetables and meat into small pieces, and we will blend 1/3 of the vegetables
✅ Return the vegetables and meat to the pot. Add blended vegetables, parsley and season to taste
✅ Cook for 30 minutes
✅ Mix 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 1 egg and flour. Add to the broth and stir for a few minutes.
