Since scope only affects autos, I tend to either run Weakness for more damage or Float to really run down someone alongside Play Rough. Seeing water bunny run 50 mph at you is scary 😂

Idk if it's optimal, but I really like charging charm with this set. I feel like if I'm running around a lot with Play Rough anyway, the added boost is nice

That's not bad. Sure stone gives you more speed but all the buffs it gives goes away the moment you enter combat. I feel like Charm is better overall because the speed buff while being less is always active, it gives you decent damage and on top of it all, it gives you an extra damage bonus when max charged. I think it fits better as Azumarill tends to get into the heat of the battle not just hit and run
