The Bulevar de Sabana Grande houses places and buildings of high historical, cultural and heritage value, which are among the highlights of modern architecture of the 20th century in Venezuela. The Radio City cinema, the Phelps Tower, the Polar building, the Capriles Tower, the Centrum Tower, the Lincoln Tower, the Business Center, the Teatro del Este, the old Bomba Shell, the La Previsora ​​building, and the Los Andes building, among others, they are part of that urban memory, a mandatory reference of the El Recreo Parish.
