Nice model! I don't love the carpet, but plenty of storage is great, the desk, and that huge closet are fantastic! Dual sinks seem like a waste of counter space in an RV, but to each their own. Thanks for the tour!

Hey Myles! That is really awesome that your mom was able to step down from her job and be able to work with you! Congratulations! So happy for you both! I am also excited to see you giving us tips through your own purchase and then showing us what possibly can go wrong when owning an RV. 😄 My family has never had those problems, but the internet has a lot of RVing stories people tell. Will be nice to see the ownership experience! So far this McMansion is amazing. Not sure about the sofa color. I think especially during Christmas time, they should have a beautiful rich burgundy color or something! 🎄🚌❤

Wow! All the storage is amazing, and everything is very nicely done. Really like the bathroom and closet space and the mirrors. The double sink looked really nice. A person could just put something over one sink opening if you need more countertop when getting ready. An extra sink is kind of nice for hand washables. Well, I think this might be a favorite!! It is beautiful!

For the price, I think it should come with a Generator and 4 Batteries.

@@drendamills8960 unfortunately, the other things that make a DRV a DRV are much more expensive than a generator and batteries. It can come with those things too, but the price will just keep going up.

@@budgreenjeans yes. Things like a custom 15in frame, 3.25in thick walls, independent suspension, and other things mentioned happen to be rather expensive. Way more expensive than a generator. You can order one with a generator, the dealership just didn’t order this one with one already installed.

Brinkley all the way!!! Beats, in my book DRV hands down. I thought it was used. DRV had no attention to detail and have not kept up with the indistry. Brinkley has better ceiling and floor insulation. Ok, DRV has thicker walls but heat is lost in the roof. The have 8k rated axils because it is a whale. No permanent ladder in the DRV. Brinkley have water shut offs at the destination on each fixture. Almost every cupboard and drawer you opened in the DRV had dirt and sawdust in them. There were dings and chips in the trim and cupboard doors. 7 You could see how they missed many nail holes. It just looked sloppy. Brinkley has a wiring color coded harness. Electric waste valves. They both have double pained windows. The frame on the Brinkley i think is stronger by the way it is designed. They dont just keep adding steel and make the unit heavier. The pin box is much better. And the DRV had carpet in the dining room??? Slides are not flush mount?? That is so 2000s. No dovetail drawers. No window in the kitchen. They could not run the tile all the way up? Brinkley does. Brinkley has the full body shower in the bath and one piece not in DRV. Its the little things i think adds up. I did not see any luxury except in the price. It is like, because they established a standard years ago they can kick back and relax. In this industry you have to keep up. Brinkley has jumped ahead. Dollar for dollar i would get a Brinkley in a heartbeat. DRV just seemed they have no quality control. Heat in the floor is a deal breaker. My dog got their foot stuck once. You make excuses for DRVs short comings. Nicks and chips everytime you zoomed into trim. Brinkley does complete inspectuons before releasing it. Allience is catching up too. Once these companies get acquired by one of the big boys, quality goes out yhe window for one thing profit. Brinkley and Allience are still independent. Hope they stay that way. By the way i own none of these. Just watching the comparisons and the differences are glaring. For what you get in DRV, it is not worth $80,000 more. Great videos Myles!!!7

Dump the brown trim, and dump the couche color, better would be dark gray furniture and the trim, either light gray or white. Also, get rid of the carpet talking about walking on the carpet will there’s not a foot they are welcome. The rest of his floor. Why would they put Carpet that has to be vacuumed in the slide out and not match it to the floor. I also do not like heat vents in the floor. 😮

For the money it comes short for the amenities. The should be a 65" to a 75" in the living room and no carpet, the tv in the bedroom should be at least a 40" . The drawers should be dovetailed and made from birch. Countertops should be solid. The dimmer switch looks cheap. I understand there are some things that I don't see that the money may cover, but don't cut corners on the things I can see. If I'm going to spend this kind of money on an RV, I do expect it to be better than these homes they are building using particle board that's nothing but paper well let me say subpar material. If I'm looking to live in an RV full time, I want it to be better than a standard house at the same price because I will be doing more with the RV than I am able to do with a house.

I appreciate that, but I can assure you, if I felt they were on the same level as Camping World, I wouldn’t film RVs with them. No RV dealership is perfect, and there are significant advantages to buying from both large and small dealership groups, and Blue Compass seems like the best fit from all I know to recommend RVs to people within a network that can help people most anywhere in the US. I just placed my deposit on an RV today with Blue Compass. Videos coming soon of what I’m getting!

I have a 38ft Montana - and this DRV is nice, don't get me wrong. It just isn't twice as nice. What I saw in the video does not justify the price for me.

DRV is a nice brand but seriously, they have not evolved to get rid of slide room carpet and floor vents? Get rid of that carpet. near impossible to vaccuum and floor vents collect pet hair are a pain to clean nevermind how much it hurts bare feet to walk over them. Also, put sofas to go all the way to the floor and do not have legs. Stuff including pet toys can go underneath and them have fun pulling those out to clean under inside of a box. Come on DRV. Need to change these items up. I think DRV is the only one still doing carpet.

that big cabinet to the right of the stove....uh, why is there no shelf in there? What a waste of space? need to put pots n pans in there so you need a shelf. that is so stupid. Also the cabinets under the dinette table.....same thing no shelf? Are we supposed to put really tall things in there? be smart. Let women design the kitchens and stuff in these things because most men have no idea what they are doing.
