ok skull is very good, he might be one of the best mythicals for story with him having full aoe on placement and massive range at later upgrades with a strong line aoe. but because he doesn't have a high dmg full aoe he's extremely mid in inf mode. that said other mythicals like carp who are very strong in inf can also do story without issues, you'll just have a slower time at the start.

Honestly being realistic u just gotta grind gems for mythic pity, there are tinytask afks u can do that still work really well but obvs takes a bit of time

the first week of you playing gives you your first mythic, if you add up all your weekly, daily, inf quests youd be getting mythics weekly and after you get your first mythic everything will be alot easier

I have skull warrior its my first mythic I've never evolved him he is really good on story i usually place 4 skull warrior with upgrade 1 its spa is around 3.7 and its aoe which is pretty good and its also useful on raids with precision trait and setting the priority to last made him a dps monster

Garp and elf are best units in game currently and best units evo as well if your starting try to evo elf cause she’s pretty easy and really good garp only does like 10 to 20k more dmg depends on your stats and trait as well
