After watching this video it seems more scary to me. Looks like you can fall not on a (kinda) flat surface, but on pedal or even on bar. That could be dangerous.

Jumping on the handle bars is a lil like riding with no hands and having faster speed makes it easier just more scary tho but your balance believe it or not it will be easier.

Nope, contrary to what you'd think, speed doesn't make barrides easier. They actually feel a little better if you're relatively slow.

I don’t think one really has to “learn” how to ride the handlebars cause it’s pretty obvious HOW you do it. It’s more like how well can you ride handlebars.

i use it everyday for the local businessmen at the stocks and they love it haha they always throw me money for it and tell me stories of their kids and why it makes their days :)
