They were "justly" arrested for trespassing. The real problem is that many were "unjustly" released without being prosecuted. In democracies politicians don't direct the Police so I'm not sure how politicians can be complicit.. Also seeing we are trying to get "facts" straight Palestine is a "region" in the Middle East not a State or Country.
