i main lucio and have an average of 7-10 k damage with enough heals to match the other support most of the time. easier to aim when most people ignore you or give up on fighting you lol

It's part of the hero settings, if you go to controls and select change hero you can select lucio and under hero you can allow backwards wallride :)

try a larger crosshair. the tiny crosshairs are great for very accurate shots when very focused on aim, but very easy to be lazy with aim.

Can someone explain why they kept switching back and forth from heal to speed? Does this like maximize lucio usage or is it just like spam clicking just cause?

It makes a team very difficult to hit. Since no one is moving in any direction at the same speed enemies will have a harder time aiming. Also Lucio really wants to be speedboosting a lot, but swapping to heal for a moment helps to keep the team healthy and gives a bit of ult charge. But mostly it's for unpredictable movement.
