A Charisma build probably would've allowed for a pacifist run if only the game allowed it; stopping problems by getting things to either stand down or kill each other.

It's the intimidation perk, you need Charisma 10 to get it.

It's not a mod, it's a perk. I forget the name but there's only ten for each stat so just look at Charisma.

@@da3sthebest Charisma isnt good in every fallout, it usually is but in new vegas its useless except for the fact it boosts companions(which no one cares about) and there are no CHR checks, every check is for skills(barter/speech).. so charisma is basically always 1 in most builds

@@da3sthebest Charisma is a dump stat but putting points directly into Speech is great. You do still need Charisma for certain perks though, mainly stuff like Terrifying Presence for those intimidation options
