Plan for it. Dont be a One Trick. Have a couple in your roster you can pull out and play effectively. I run Diana, Kayn, Kha, Shyvana and Kindred for JG and Keep a couple champs on the side for Autofills. That way if whatever im feeling like playing is banned, I have a backup. IF you get auto filled support, pick up a champ like Maokai, can run tanky, initiate and he has an OP vision control mechanic in his saplings.

You can also ask to swap. Often times Ive gotten someone willing to trade me positions rather then play with me in a position im not my best at.. Strategy, Everyone on your team wants to win too.. sometime people need to remember that.

You should not limit your item and runes choices that way. Conqueror still give AP so it is still great on diana regardless of item choice. Whether you go rocket belt or rift maker or sunfire .
