Ur name sake the Lord Mayor Lukwago who i think is one of the biggest problems facing Kampala has been to even better places than Nairobi in the name of benchmarking but all he does is come back and subotage plans to make Kampala a better place than the mess it is especially when he supports vendors all over the streets even on pedestrian walkways and in public transportation, he always defending bodabodas

And Lukwaago mayor can't allow bodabodas to leave the CBD lol
@nxgn895 Жыл бұрын
@@connectronald4720 stop being petty by differing blame coz lukwago is nothing if the government meant well for ugandans,bodas wud b reduced in Kampala,the pot holes,the narrow roads,the under development is all because of poor leadership top bottom and museveni is the person to blame,whether in Jinja city the roads are in bad shape and it's not Lukwago as mayor and other Ugandan cities are just for political capital for museveni and nothing else,Uganda will continue be laggards as long as museveni continues ruling over ugandans coz kenya was not dissimilar to Uganda under moi but when he left and kibaki came,he transformed kenya in his tenure and set the tone for others that followed and it's the progress we envy about Kenya

Its true in northern UG for a long time due to insurgences, govt services suffered, incl education but Obote & Amin didnt enforced on education only in de northern region because they came fro there, it isnt true. Literally those people are simply hard working just like de many all over country. However, Obote & Amin supported & delivered govt services evenly all over de country. Infact in their times, there used to exist many more prominent govt schools all de country which unfortunately came to an end after fall of Amin! Before & after independence, central region for reasons has many more good govt schools than any other region unto today!
