@@ValEuroSport yes I read that in one of your other reviews. Well I live in Ireland so heat is not so much an issue than damp and rain. Sofar don't know where all the unriable talk comes from though. Mine is humming like a sewing machine...well only did 3000 miles on it sofar.... So maybe the "surprises" have yet to come 😉

Love that Maserati engine at idle. Sounds exactly like a sowing machine as you said! I like it even more when I overpass a BMW or Mercedes at 100mph :-)

I just saw a short snippet of Jeremy Clarkson sitting at a table outside somewhere and stopping mid-sentence after hearing a Maserati Quattroporte GTS and shaking his head at how beautiful that sound is! Nothing like a V8 Maserati!

the later Maserati Quattroporte from 2014 you spoke of did in fact get the V8, I don't know if it got to the US but naturally it should have, no? Great vid on the greatest soulful italian sedan ever made!

I think the only newer (post 2014 year model) Quattroporte to get the V8 engine is the Sport GTS.
