I felt this way for SO LONG but let me tell you something that hit me during a releasing meditation I did during the this last full moon (which this video helped me to realize, thank you so much Crystal): if your situation was in fact karmic…maybe you were not “just fine.” I promise you I thought this, too. I felt it and said it verbatim to multiple people in recent months. But the reality is that spiritually speaking, I needed to learn the lessons they brought. And they needed to learn the ones I brought them. I wouldn’t have awakened to the version of myself I’ve grown into over the last few years without this situation. I know it was horrid and disgusting and likely one of the most painful things you’ve experienced but if you allowed it to grow you and teach you, then it was not in vain. Yep This was eye opening for me and painful to listen to... A friend who in the end betrays me with my most vulnerable relationships. It's like she was planning it all along .
