As my Spiritual teacher told us many years ago ‘try it for 30 days’. This practice has only benefited my spiritual growth. You will not have to practice this ( seriously one pointed ) for very long before you see a change. It is a remembering who you truly are. You are a whole spiritual being, not a dualistic being which this hypnotic world would suggest. Pull back from the ‘World of Appearances’ and the lie will start dissolving. ❤
