My wife and son were talking about the Santa thing the other day and all of us, in our own individual experience said that when we learned that Santa was our parents, we felt privileged to be “in the know”. It made us feel grown up. I specifically thought that it was remarkable that all the adults of the world created this elaborate thing to be kind to kids. It seemed so unselfish. No negatives from any of us about Santa.
