The devs need to implement a pity system for events like this. I understand exceedingly rare but grinding in this game is monotonous and an outright nightmare if you don’t have a stacked armoury, players should be rewarded for what they want when they put in the dozens and dozens of hours over many weeks to still lose by the gamblers hand.

It's definitely possible to get, there's been multiple people who've confirmed that they got it with evidence. You can only open up to 101 extraction chests though and there's like a 0.1% chance of actually getting it though so there's just a few outlier people who actually get the weapon
