Your problem is weight. Kraton is much heavier.

@@thunderrc that makes sense, im running the 1100kv xlx2 combo and 8000mah batteries... hmm. The esc is actual same weight as the stock spektrum, the motor is def adding weight. I wonder if i go with small batteries. Any other ideas? It's the exb version basically stock with the vitavon steering box update.

Nice Thunder great video again. Yes i agrfee %100 that a Arrma 8S rig would of broke right away on those side tire landings for sure arms and hing pins. I just got the new K8 EXB people say nthe plastics are better from the EXB rollers but we see. im not really gonna do much bashing since temps here are in the 30s and 40s now. man i wish i had that TX weather

Not my experience with stock xmaxx. Was slow, did not flip, pins popping out, broken hub carriers just tumbling down a hill. Had to upgrade it a lot to get it tough and fast. My arrmas always came out fast and strong out of the gate. Your vids make me want a stock xmaxx again but I hesitate.

Just put bigger Pinions and Highspeed Spur in it !!! 46/22 is Thunder running!! Stock is super slow, yes. Pins did never pop on mine, and hubs are perfect fine (but i got the new traxxas ones in spare lying around if needed)
