I agree with you. This place is mess and not easy to clean. There is a lot of garbage around the house. You have to share the kitchen, which can cause problems. You are too old for this. With Dat´s family, grandma lives with friends. They look after her and enjoy her company. This is not independence. No decent person would rent a house so dirty out to someone. Living in a dirty environment can make one sick. It is like living in a stable. A young man can handle it because he just needs to sleep somewhere, but not someone like grandma.

I can understand that you want to have your own place for the holidays. But it is not a good idea to rent this house. This house has one room and not an independent kitchen, which can cause problems. And you need to do a lot to clean the place. You are not young anymore, no one will look after you when you get sick. With Dat and her family, there is always someone to look after you. Lambo is a monkey, so she cannot help you when something happened. Be wise, contact your son and let him help you. I don’t like the fact that this house is unfinished. How are they allowed to rent unfinished houses or rooms ,I might say. That opening at the top is going to bring in bad weather and with your cough you don’t need that. But at least you have electric. See if the owners can close that top part in , snakes could come in.
