i will listen to this every everyday it's crazy how so many people don't realize the power of the human mind. As an african living in the USA my mother sufferered a stroke was in hospital for 2yrs but I turned to understanding the power of the mind started meditating even started seeing my mom out of the hospital and even when everyone her sisters and brothers gave up I kept believing and mom was released from the hospital. I am learning so much from videos like this that we ourselves put so much limitations on our lives. I am so so grateful for this video ....wow am speechless but everything I have been practicing has been confirmed by this video. Thank you so so much for helping mankind in these times.

P.p.s, Your absolutely right, this is a very simple technique, however I know from my own experience that feeling of "not convincing yourself" can be quite a long stretch to experience, (years even). That's why most give up in their belief to the state of the wish fulfilled.. but if persisted in and taken with ease every day.. You will get there!.. It's inevitable, as we as energy transfer never dies.. and this is just that.. Your thought energy is transferring to a different state..like mist, ice to water, it is literally the law of perpetual transmutation of energy in action...but it's all in the meta verses of the 4th dimension...a.k.a thoughts and feelings.. to who ever is reading this!! I do think its important to seek a feeling of happiness comfort and well-being.... but sometimes it is sadness, stress, and discomfort that can bring about extreme creativity, change, and new ideas. Sometimes those states are needed. Atleast, thats what i believe and feel personally.

I agree the shadow emotions are needed and can birth creativity also. When I am in a low state, I always use it as an opportunity to create, learn, and discover. I find it gets me out of the state quicker and I've actually gained from it. The trick is not to suppress when we aren't feeling so good or feel fear. I talk to my higher self or the Universe. I ask why I feel this way, and I answer and no judgment is cast. The emotions move through once acknowledge and then I'm usually back to happily creating the reality I choose to live in.

I’ve known about subconscious, how it learns from our habits, etc... and tries to take over these repetitive things... to release the rest of brain to do newer better things. I’ve never thought to use subconscious to help myself. I’m not self seeking. Yet, with fewer years ahead of me than behind me, I know God says... I LOVE YOU. YOU ARE IMPORTANT TO ME. The enemy has done, is doing... whatever he can to bring me down. Love, Hope, Sweetness, Happiness... eludes me. I will listen frequently, ask God to help me. Everything’s History to Him.
