I LOVE this! C'Mon guys...the awning needs to go bigger. No oven? Fine,. As long as we have some convection capability. Love the rear bath, but those double sinks? C'mon guys...no one needs 2 bathroom sinks in this size/level camper. To the left would be fine. BUT, GREAT JOB with the giant bathroom window paired with the DOUBLE MIRROR medicine cabinet! It 's clean and looks REALLY sharp! First/rare sighting of rear bathroom toilet without the OBVIOUS blue or white water line running from the toilet, across the floor into a cabinet. Great job deciding the move of the fan into the shower. I really like this camper! Thanks Josh.

Holy cow, we just found our trailer! This is just about perfect. PLEASE: 1 sink in the bathroom and leave the rest as counter space, a true bubble skylight in the shower, a longer awning. The rest we can tweak or upgrade on our own, but honestly wouldn’t have to do much. LOVE the windows, simple floor plan, L lounge, rear bathroom, kitchen, decent bed size. Well done! Just those 3 changes would make it perfect.

One sink but for the love of shaving and larger hands to wash - can that single sink be a wee bit larger?
@valleygrl12 ай бұрын
This is REALLY good. Lose the second bathroom sink and move it to one side, add a small storage cubby, lengthen the awning, and move the shower fan or add a skylight. Love the bathroom mirrors, windows, neutral decor, lounge sofa and table. I actually prefer the shower curtain. Can't bang my elbows on it and when it gets gross, just replace it. P.S. THANK YOU Nick. 😉 and thank you Josh.
@jkyle012 ай бұрын
I have to admit, if there was a larger bowl single sink to the left, the amount of available countertop is huge. I have a 22rb and have that configuration in my camper and the AMOUNT of space on the sink top is obscene. 🤪 The addition of a countertop cubby on the opposite side of the counter from the sink could have made it more functional.
@valarirose-johnson21082 ай бұрын
Live this layout. Thank you, Nick, for saying you would move the fan. However, I'm going to ask you to consider a true skylight instead and leave the fan where it is. The size of the fan is too small to be comfortable for a tall man to "stick" his head in, let alone try to wash his hair. A larger skylight or raised ceiling would be more helpful. Love the large, REAR bathroom. Only one sink is needed. Since the window is so big, a full linen closet couldn't replace it. Just removing the sink and its plumbing would provide more storage. Yippie! I was excited to see the curtain. I feel a curtain can provide more room by putting in a curved rod. Can there be a couch with pop-up foot rests as an option for the convertible bench couch? Also, how about a fold up counter extension? Definitely need a longer awning. I'm hoping my husband will fit into the shower so we can put this on our short list. I know we would change out the one small propane tank for two large tanks.

This is one of the best no slide models ever! A couple of things stand out to me: The windows! Wow. A bed that's actually long enough for me , NOT a princess bed. The kitchen sink is great. The second bathroom sink is just not necessary. Maybe spend that $ on some struts or magnetic holdbacks for the cabinet doors. Give me more cabinet space, save the second sink for luxury fifth wheels. I would definitely upgrade all of the vent fans to the FFFF variety. I like the lounge/sofa better that I thought I would, as my wife and I play games a lot. I'm thinking a good folding chair solves that problem if we need to play indoors. I would probably be camping in parks with hookups 99% of the time, so the smaller tanks are ok. Love it! And thanks to the rep for listening! Hope you enjoyed your time in the shower together. Another outstanding video, Uncle Josh! And, the new production is great! (I'm gonna cry! no pricing on your website yet!)

Small tweaks like others have mentioned (single big sink instead of dual, larger awning, etc.) can hopefully be made for next year's model, but this really is a BIG step in the right direction! Wife signed the papers on this model 3 weeks ago and we spent last weekend setting it up on our hunting lease campsite. Have to admit, it is delivering a lot more than the value price tag promised. The two sink option is a small price to overlook for the space and even the "fit and finish" work came in way above expectation for a sub - $20k camper. We wouldn't have known about it if it hadn't been for you Josh, so many thanks! If you're ever in the piney woods of East Texas give us a holler and I'll be happy to give you a guided hog hunt or at least buy you a Whataburger!

Watching the full length confirms I'd like one bathroom sink and a full length closet beside it. Personally, I prefer the shower curtain because it's not as confining. I love the idea of the microwave being under the stovetop. Mine is over the stove vent and for a short person like me it's a bit dangerous getting hot foods and liquids out of the microwave. I have to stand on a foot stool to make it safer. Not having an oven is no big deal since there are so many good counter top ovens available. That's my set up now and I actually like it. Putting the vent fan in the ceiling should be a good replacement for an over the stove vent. Thanks for the full length tour. This camper is beautiful.

I like it! Definitely one sink. While not an obvious solo camper design, this would be very functional. I love the couch coverage. Theater seats are nice but as someone who can't lay flat (or close to it) on my back, a couch that I can stretch out on my side on would be a highly desired feature. I have no love for dinettes, but they are a must for others and I get it. I'd love to see this developed out with higher tank capacities, solar, improved propane, etc. I know that isn't the goal of this series but this is an awesome place to start.

A very good camper in my opinion. Move the bathroom vent to the shower like you suggested. Use a single slightly larger sink and keep the counter space. You’ve always got some stuff you need to plop on the counter. Love the rear bathroom window and the room around the toilet. Also like the overall window coverage. On the outside, I like how all the utilities are located in the drivers side rear. While the awning could be longer, it’s just fine. A folding picnic umbrella is a good accessory to use for the front quarter. Some of those are really cool units and could really personalize the camper for own use. The lack of slam latches is not a big deal for me. The relatively light weight for its size is a big plus and I am ok with some of the lacking features. Not sure if I like the mat finish. I like a bit mor shinny on my tin sides. I think I would like white wheels on this trailer more. But that just my preference. On propane tank? If not enough, just put on a bigger one. This unit would make for a great auxiliary dwelling unit for when you have visiting family and friends or if it comes time to exile a kid or two from the house for a while. Did you happen to have any discussions about possible suspension to an independent or coil spring set to give the trailer and pickup or suv a smoother ride?

Don't change the sinks. The section between both sinks is the perfect place for having a make up area. My husband rarely stays in the bathroom long enough for the sinks to bother him. It's not like we'll be having a long spa day in the r.v.'s bathroom. For my husband and I, we feel we'll be more on the go. This r.v. is just a space to sleep, eat, clean up and go. Good job Josh, for asking for the sky light/ exhaust fan to be moved to the shower area. Due to Nick saying yes to the fan being moved, my husband and I will be looking forward to taking a look at this r.v., and, possibly buying one. We've looked at the Cougars and Ibex and this one seems to be the winner, winner chicken dinner. P.S., If this gets changed to one sink, (Sigh), I'd rather that sink be on the left hand side. If the change has to happen. And, I love the mirrored cabinets in the bathroom. Actually, I loved everything about the layout of this r.v..

Two sinks means my wife and I can get ready for date night by the fire at the same time. I like the switch to the curtain in the shower. The sliding door type leaks from the sides on ours. Also, the hard sides next to the bed look better than the carpet bumps on other trailers like this. This is at the top of my list.

A bigger awning, two propane bottles, a single bathroom sink, a hard shower door, and as much as I hate skylights, the shower needs one. Here's is my opinion as a former full timer. The two most important areas in a camper are the entertainment/living room area and the bathroom. Making sacrifices in these areas are big mistakes. The linen can be put under the sink or above the toilet in order to make the shower larger. Let's be honest, who wants the window in bathroom. You could also get rid of one of the sinks and add linen storage there. The couch can be made a seat shorter and the counter can be moved next to the refrigerator. Then the tv can be put directly across from the seating area without sacrificing your neck or the tv size.

Thanks for the full tour! I really like this floor plan. I took a look at the Ozark version as well as the Ozark BH. (In the Ozark BH video, Josh's inner drag queen gets trigged by some expensive bath and body works products. 😂) I see the Ozark model has 20K btu furnace, enclosed underbelly and tank heaters. How well do these models hold up for winter use. For comparison, I've used my Jay Feather Micro once during a week of sub 20 F and although I couldn't use the plumbing otherwise it was liveable (using lots of peopane). That window over the kitchen is beautiful and I would probably accept the tradeoff of not having a cooktop vent hood, but I'd have to get zen about my smoke detector going off every morning I make breakfast. I have the full sized fan about 24 inches from the cooktop and I still have to use the cooktop vent.

The one most important thing, for me, that I as a dog owner who wants a camper to place permanently on land is a back door on the opposite side. That way you can fence in a backyard for your pets. I have seen a second door on a few but never a true backdoor. Just a thought for us fulltimers. Nice layout otherwise.

This would be the perfect RV for us. The only thing I see missing is a good solar package, longer awning, dual propane tanks, and a power jack.

I love the how open floor plan is. I am a big guy and the RV restrooms are tight for me but this one I would have no issue. Just like you the second sink to me is a waste and I would like to see it with only one to the left. The vent fan was a great ideal.. On the front section of the couch I was wondering if they could break that up to 50% inside and 50% outside access storage. I have issues with deep storage on the inside of RV's since it seems like stuff gets pushed back there and then lost. I had to check price for this one ..... not listed yet but will be checking it again in a few days.🤩

Thanks Nerd! Might have to upgrade from our current FSK 179dbk. Totally agree with the single sink. Also could that vent fan for the kitchen be relocated more above the stove? And we like the idea of moving the vent in the bathroom as well.
