Thankyou for this very much needed teaching Chris. The Holy Spirit began burdening my heart to pray for those who might hear the words "depart from Me" as the Lords mercy is for this NOT to happen and there are those who can be delivered of this religious deception. Prior to this, a video popped up about an elderly 71 year old man who was an elder in a church for many years. With tears he explained that all his christian life he never "knew" God. The word knew appears in Genesis 4:1 when Adam "knew" Eve. Intimacy. This elderly man never "knew" God. His life was identified by religion not relationship. This I believe has to do with true conversion of being born from above. There are so many that believe they are saved and they are not. Its not for me to judge who is and who isnt but to pray for those who are deceived that they would be granted true repentance as only God knows their hearts and how to lead them there. This ties in to what you are teaching about fruit. How can one have fruit if he does not have the Spirit to begin with. What a merciful Father we have for it is not His will that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.... Blessings🕊

What does praying in tongues mean? I am an Eastern Orthodox and I do not understand this. All I know is on the Pentecost day, the Apostles were preaching to the people gathered and everyone could understand them, even though they were speaking different languages.
