When I asked for the region tier list I was thinking about exactly that! S to F tier, consider commenting on ther overall power level(throughout the games life span and the nature of the region) and their current power level and maybe what do you think should/needs to change for the top and under dogs! I see a lot of inbalance on the regions power level, and it seems that rotation didn't do much to change that(like Freljord being meh)

Neeko Gnar, Jax Ornn, Ashe LeBlanc, and Ashe Viego all seem to be doing pretty well though. Freeze is a very powerful mechanic. I'm seeing Freljord a lot more than Ionia, Targon, or even Demacia.

I'm not sure you could have rallied with ice shard at 26:00 since the changement between disitegrate and tough. But I never play Galio so it needs verification.

You can rally because Galio's condition is any ally taking damage, when taking damage with tough, the damage would be reduced by 1, thus the understanding is still taking damage and fulfills Galio's rally condition

I have to hard disagree on the 'good meta' part. It's bad AND boring. Mostly because what they delivered in terms of champions and cards was way too one sided. There is very little variety and game numbers show it. This expansion has been a complete disaster. Example is Poro king who plays out exactly same. It has zero variety. Neeko to some degree too. Whole Ambush mechanic is extremely preductable too. Mostly because instead of dumping 25 cards with ambush, they gave us... what, six? Seven?
