Ingredients:
water: 1 l (34 pt)
soft butter: 80 g (2.8 oz)
salt: 5 g (0.2 oz)
black pepper: 2 g (0.1 oz)
sweet paprika: 3 g (0.1 oz)
garlic: 15 g (0.5 oz)
ketchup: 50 g (1.8 oz)
mustard seeds: 50 g (1.8 oz)
honey: 50 g (1.8 oz)
lemon juice: 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
soy sauce: 50 ml (1.7 fl oz)

Я думаю, что отваривают крылышки именно для того, чтобы запечатать сок перед жаркой. Так мясо будет сочнее.

А я делаю немного по другому. Отжимаю сок двух апельсин, добавляю две ложки меда, две ложки коньяка. Смешиваю. Крылышки солю, перчу и заливаю часа три- четыре. Затем складываю на противень близко друг к другу ( у меня небольшой противень. Помещается 14 крылышек целых не разделочных) и заливаю этой заливкой. Ставлю в духовку не очень сильный огонь. Время от времени это смесью поливаю. Когда жидкость как бы начинает загустевать чуть-чуть, отключаю. Когда кушаешь, удовольствие получаешь. Моей семье нравиться, может и кому-то ещё пригодиться мой рецепт. Приятного аппетита. Спасибо и вам за рецепт по новому. Всем мира и добра. ( Украина)

The recipe is legit and probably very tasty, although I would not cook the wings like that.. I am not shocked that they remove the extremity of the wings, because this part is full of bones and I never eat it. However, if you regret their loss, you can still use them to make a soup or a chicken stock.
