Alternative title idea: “OVERPOWERED ADDON Makes Survivors GIVE UP” On a side note though, I really like your idea for reworking it. It’s crazy that Singularity has so many addons that are like “Attacks during overdrive inflict *insert useless status effect here* “ but he doesn’t have a single addon that increases printing time, makes it take longer to charge up an emp, or reduce the emp range or anything (other than the Requisition Forms second effect which only barely slows down the first emp print of the match)

If you want to see if heavy water is doing anything you can run surveillance with ruin to see how long they have to leave the gen to find the emp. I’m gonna do a test myself soon

Reminder that if a survivor is slipstreamed they can see the aura of all emp boxes nomatter the range. This only effects survivors that arent slipstreamed. but whats the point! The boxes dont even move.

One of the most painful experience you can ever face while playing Singularity is being sent to in door maps such as RPD, Lery's or Midwich. Could you by chance consider making a guide for those situations where you get sent to either those maps please? Awesome to see you're back ❤️

Emp chest auras will not be hidden with third seal or any form of blindness effect if I am remember correctly because it involves a killer power. Pig is the only one who can hide her boxes but only for a time. Singularity would benefit from something like plaything and guarding totems with penti or just plaything with thrill and pain res with deadlock or surge.

Yeah i know it doesnt, the point of the build is to make it harder for them to see the emp crates while running around trying to cleanse the totems.

I was using this simply because I had a ton of them, and singularity was so strong, base kit, it didn't seem to matter what add-ons I used. My favorite combo is denied requisition form and hyperawareness spray. They get a terror radius while slipstreamed, and to start out with some confusion, they start the match slipstreamed, and EMPs will take a little longer to generate at the start.

Single lady is getting big buffs soon including some addons getting reworked (we don’t know which addons or how they’re being changed, other than ultrasonic sensor becoming basekit so it obviously has to get reworked), but hopefully heavy water gets some changes

It’s not too big of an annoyance the more you play Hux. If anything you can just end up re-slipstreaming them pretty quickly after they cleanse. It’s just something you get use to main him.

You are right buddy, the blindness status effect doesn't hide the aura from the killer's power. The same logic applies to the jigsaw boxes ( the pig has an addon that hide the boxes's aura which is not the same thing as blindness) or the supple crates from nemesis or wesker.

If you want to be aggressive with chases, you might also enjoy the Spent O2 Tank, which exhausts people on slipstream. This will get rid of sprint burst and lithe, which makes chases a lot shorter

An 8 meter reduction to the radius of a circle may sound small, but the square meterage removed is a lot larger number (when not accounting for three dimensions). If I knew how far away you could normally see Singularity’s supply crates, I would have put the number here to help my point…

The blindness doesn’t hide killer powers. It’s just the theme of the build “not being able to see stuff.” Also i explain the reason for all the perks in the beginning. It’s just an annoying build, they will be blind, they have ruin to deal with, they have undying to deal with, all while not being able to see the emp crates as easily.

He'd do a better job explaining it, but it's where you tag someone with an active pod and then quickly switch to an emp'd pod and then back again to the first pod to quickly teleport to the survivor. Switching to an emp'd pod like this removes the internal cooldown from using the pods. Not sure if it's a bug as it's always seemed strange to me that it works that way.

Oh my god, im not insane, somebody is also playing with hex third seal! Third seal against medium and above medium survivors will do only one thing - counter windows of opportuntiy and kindred, which makes chases much easier, believe me or not. But i have no idea if EMP crates auras are affected by blinded status effect.

Killer item auras (pig boxes, wesker/nemi crates, and emp printers) are not blocked by the blindness effect, they can only be blocked by distance/addons

@@yourweirdplant I even tried a build with solely purpose to abuse this lol. Hex third seal, undying for more survivability of hex, and monstrous shrine to make this happen more often. Sometimes it helped, but usually it didnt. Anyway, i can tell that third seal is the most durable hex in the game, because devour will ruin the game for survivors, ruin is really annoying, and any other hex is effect that people want to get rid of ASAP, but nobody cares about third seal, so it usually stays for the whole game 9/10 times.

Pig has an add-on like this called Rule.set #2. Maybe it only works first time when getting an Emp. Idk.
