This is what I don't like about Disneyland's version of Tiana/Splash. There's a high likelihood that you will get drenched while you barely get wet at Disney World 😂

I agree. I just don't understand why the disneyworld version doesn't have the extra animatronics to fill up all those awful boring empty spaces. ALSO I wonder if Disneyworld version can actually slow the boats down like this, during the final party scene?

I will admit this version is better than Disney World’s but that’s still not saying much. Let me get this straight, the plot line is Tiana and Louis looking for new band members to play at the party tonight but we have to get tiny in order to find the secret ingredient and then by the end of the ride, we find out that the secret ingredient was us. I’m like, then what was the point of going on this adventure? I don’t know it just feels pretty lackluster. I love Princess and the frog but this ride isn’t it for me. Feel free to have your own opinions and I can handle them. Opinions are 100% valid.

Yeah this doesn't compare to splash 💦 mountain. Just because people get excited because the hill is open again doesn't mean the overall experience is great. Everything you said makes sense. The ride doesn't make sense to me. Now it's just a log ride and not much more.

This looks way better than in wdw, the speed is just so much better. And the splashes on this ride are INSANE, especially compared to what i saw on my trip to disney world (sorry for hating in tiana’s in wdw, its just bad:

No its not. WDWs decor is better outside with greenery and Mama odies decorated bottles in front, no weird cave at the start, no sudden jump cut from act 1 to 2, no lake cabin, lots of emptiness in the frog scenery, no leap frog fountains, total darkness between the special spice and mama odies final scene.

Just a log ride now. No one is coming away from that ride with a joyous song in they're heads. Being going since the 60s and i understand the happiness this park has bought millions. But these changes a ruining the park and walts legacy. Just what i think.
