She ruled for depositions to start which only happens when there is enough evidence to move forward.

In America, depositions are deemed under oath. If you provably lie in your deposition, things will not go well for you. Samantha has absolutely been damaged; her reputation has been sloshed around in the mud, which has had a negative impact on her ability to practice and earn a living. Samantha is asking a MINIMUM of $75,000 in damages. Markle could be ordered to pay Samantha millions in both compensatory and punitive damages if the court sees fit to do so. I don't think it was fair to Thomas Markle that Meghan was so uncaring on an international platform to him and she was also unkind to Sanantha. I don't think it is fair to act as though that is unimportant. The lies told in the Oprah interview were hurtful and there should be some accountability for the lies that hurt people. Thomas Markle is an accomplished, Emmy award-winning Lighting Director and he and Samantha and Thomas Jr. were private people who did not deserve to be criticized many times by Meghan. He paid for her expensive private schooling and university and Samantha helped to look after Meghan from the time she was little. It should not be ok to embarrass them on a world-wide stage without repercussions. Harry and Meghan have been very vocal with their lawsuits for so-called defamation of themselves.

Babysitting can be difficult and tiring sometimes. She obviously is NOT an only child and it is mean (as was her treatment of her generous father even when he was very ill) to act as though her half-siblings don't exist by saying you were an only child. She did not need to say it and why she would go on international TV on Oprah and hurt her family is baffling and not normal. Why be so mean? Judge Honeywell is known very well in Florida, if she doesn’t dismiss the case and these two have ordered the deposition it’s already green light for court case! Samantha is not doing this for money, if she was , she would sue for much more. Meghan said horrible things about her sister, saying that she had 3 children with three different men that were all taken away from her, that she changed her last name back to Markle when Meghan started dating Harry, lots of mean things….the least of which was denying she had a sister. Samantha is also fighting for her father, and all the different things Meghan did to him. Meghan deserves to be forced to tell the truth, and yes, here in the US it will be under oath.

Hello: You know I don't really think this is making the Royals or the Monarchy into a circus at all. I feel the Monarchy has gotten down to what matters most - taking care of his countrymen within his commonwealth. I think the whole royal family have so much to be proud of especially amongst H&M's circus that really is eventually going to be torn down by their own lies and absolute disgraceful behaviour.
