100 % I hear you. This is an NBA game, and it’s like none of them follow the actual NBA, or have any idea about what being a GM looks like in the NBA. I wonder if they have even considered sitting down with anyone from the NBA who has been a GM to come up with an in depth GM Career Mode?! The only reason I’m happy is because they ‘actually’ included a GM mode for PS5 this year. The last few years they made NO attempt to make a working GM Mode. Those who tried to play the realistic GM mode will know how broken it was. I still can’t comprehend some of the choices that 2K has made over the past few years. They need to change their philosophy asap and give us a REAL NBA GAME that reflects the real world of the NBA both on & off the court, and ditch all of the other micro transaction rubbish that has ruined this game.

We just want a cleaned up version of what we had 10-15 years ago I'll still play 2k18 just because it was the best player engine. And that still had a ton of problems, but at least badges were rare, contracts made sense, overall player ratings were realistic, and the player creation and progression system worked

Watching this video made me think all they do is tweak the graphics each year and add some goofy shit and call it a day, from the day they release a game they could work on shit like myGM but because they lazy and know people gone buy the game anyway they don’t do shit, this is petty but they need to add all star weekend 3 point shootout and shit imagine us being able to have a 3 point contest online against other players with dudes like curry, dame, kyrie etc.
