They were both making some incredible plays and their playmakers stepped up. These offenses are going to make a lot of defenses look silly, even the good ones.

It’s unfortunate for Cincinnati that Lamar decided to have one of his MVP games. There’s nothing a defense can do when he’s on his A-game. Any other QB plays for Baltimore and the Bengals almost certainly win with Burrow playing the way he did.

Ik you’re a bengals fan but either a coaching change needs to be made or Joe needs to request a trade cause the coaching decisions on that field goal at the end to not get closer was extremely questionable

I agree. A coaching change needs to happen. This team is getting no better under Zac Taylor. We get off to 0-2 starts every year, defense can’t stop a 2 year old, and we got way too conservative on that last field goal attempt. Had a 10 point lead twice i think and blew it. Can’t be losing games when Joe throws 5 TDs. Just unacceptable.

To be fair, your team smoked the Ravens D too. But I wasn't coming into this game expecting 9 passing TDs between our teams in a shootout.

Our defense pissed me off so much lmao. I fully expected Henry to come in and gash the defense time and time again. I know how Lamar can be difficult to defend but my gosh, he went crazy in this game. We could not tackle him.. at all. He made some really good throws and y’all had some great catches as well. Burrow, Chase, Higgins, and Chase Brown are the only players pretty much that are saving us.. or trying to lol

I wouldn’t be too mad at this one if I was Bengals fan just because Lamar is so freaking good and Henry is a beast it’s gonna be hard to slow them down but Burrow is elite and gashed that Ravens defense the whole game. I don’t know how the rest of your season will go but I think the Bengals are a really good team overall.

Burrow said he had to be perfect this game. He wasn’t. He was close but not perfect and he lost. It’s on Burrow. Both defenses were trash and both defenses got late stops to help team. If u count the safety as well of the 2 defenses Bengals was better. Still lost lol. Gotta blame Burrow and the holder. That’s it

I don’t blame this on Burrow at all. Sure he had the int in the 4th but he had 5 TDs and put up 38 points. Burrow knows he has to be perfect and that tells you everything you need to know about the defense. No QB should have to be perfect. You really couldn’t play much better than he did. This loss is absolutely 95% on the defense as it would have been the Raven’s defense to blame had the Bengals won the game. Burrow is leading the NFL in some passing categories and his team is 1-4. The only bad offensive game was week 1 vs the Patriots

I watched game live and bengals was up the whole 2nd half and when they got the ball back I thought game was over cuz ravens defense couldn’t stop a cold until burrow gave them that gift. That changed the whole game! I guess we all have different perspectives. And under the same circumstances if Ravens would have lost we would all be talking about that fumble not the defense and / or only giving Lamar 5% of the blame. That’s wild.
