If you want more power out of the 4 cylinder, you can a second larger turbo and make it a compound turbo

Also, there is a fuel system upgrade and a spark plug upgrade in the back room at the parts store, I noticed both of those made a noticeable power difference when it came to the 4 cylinders ability to pull the trailers around.
