its a mod but there are snowy places(A big part of an island on Skellige, that one snowy realm at the Avallach mission, white orchard after killing eredin etc.)

It's in the Bloody and Wine DLC, if I remember correctly Orianna gives us this quest in the final mission sequences, however, you have to choose the right options.

This has to be witcher 2. His facial graphics lack the detailing of witcher 3 the wild hunt. His Medallion is wrong even for the forgotten Wolven armor set that you get in and update patch side quest from 2020. And I don't remember this quest either even with both expansion packs blood and wine and heats of stone
