I've never really liked the reality TV format that sends people home, particularly if they've spent (lots) of money to be there In RPDR, the Queens drop serious $$ on their fashion, and these days the designers are as much invested as the model they dress. Letting them be there for the whole season, they get to display their whole wardrobe so they didn't waste money while the designers *will* get PR. I feel as well, sending people home gives a lot of negative energy... Which the fans then feed on and reflect back. Sure, blocking has got a bit edgy with Jinx and Viv... But there's less "My fav was robbed, X is rotted" visible on comments

Plus, what other reality competition show forces you to spend your own money and you are not even guaranteed to show all your looks off? Even Rajah and Jaida had to spend their own money for all the outfits they made themselves.

I totally understand and respect this opinion but I like when they go home bc it gives the episode deeper stakes - it just feels like there aren’t many consequences for doing poorly in a competition which I think there should be as this is reality competition television after all… idk to me the season has become boring. Maybe if there were safe queens who couldn’t be blocked and then a “bottom” who could be blocked, it would give more stakes, but as it is here there isn’t a big reason to need to try in a challenge that isn’t up your alley and you know you won’t win anyways, ESPECIALLY if you’re blocked (a La Jinkx in the second design challenge)

Jinkx's role felt like she received a soft plunger. I don't think that role has any potential to have won, no matter what anyone did. That's why I don't care for these assigned acting challenges each season.

It really shows this season because they're all talented girls. If Jinkx was against people who weren't great at acting, she might have bagged it with a terrible role, but not this season with these other girls. Kinda sad to see someone put in so much effort and perform so well, but be held back by the role.

I'm really starting to sweat, these girls are throwing everything they have at Jinkx (like always) and I want her in the finally. I'm happy Rajas getting her recognition but poor Shea in the back. She's a look queen who usually turns the acting and dance numbers out pretty good but this is a tough crowd.

I personally would have had Raja and Jinkx as the top two, and not because they were already my faves before that. I really preferred how Jinkx and Raja used their roles to how the Viv used hers. That said, I don't think her placement was unfair, just saying I don't rank the acting performances the same. The Vivienne is very talented across the board. It's just to me that performance didn't stand out as much. I'm very glad Raja got her win and a second badge.

Yvie's outfit was just 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥for me. I fucking loved it. Whenever she has time to really bring her visions to life it's incredible. It just seems her best looks take hundreds of hours to make. My only issue with Raja's look was the visible corset in the back. Seemed like it was an accident. Same thing happened with Yvie's crayon look, which I otherwise loved.

If something is 100% wool then it has more of an insulation effect than a warming effect. If keeps you warm in the winter, and fresh in the summer. A lot of traditional clothing from Europe and Asia uses wool because of this effect. If something isn't 100% wool, I wouldn't recommend wearing it in the summer.

Actually, apparently The Viv almost passed out during critiques from heat. This is thick yarn, and stage lighting gets extremely hot. Yes wool is insulating…but under stage lighting…it’s nuts!

Jinkx's look was stunning and one of the best she's ever worn and her performance was EASILY the funniest. Her comedic timing is seriously unmatched. The funniest queen the show has ever had. I've seen quite a few people say that the judges aren't giving any criticism of these queens for this season. The reason for it is.....well have you been watching these queens, they're all frikken amazing and so tough to even pick winners.

I actually really loved Shea this episode, her performance was grounded but she did it exceptionally well. She was absolutely the relatable, likeable character in these movies, and she had plenty of funny moments that for most queens would have been very flat and stale. Her runway was amazing too - I wanted Viv and Raja to be in the top 2 because I really want to see them in the final 4, but it's kind of incredible that Shea is doing SO well these last episodes and getting zero stars. Season 3 is my favorite, so seeing Raja get her due so long after her season, and in challenges that have nothing to do with fashion, is an INCREDIBLE story arc for her. I am so happy her for, it is unbelievable. And you can see the pure joy she gets when she does do well, it's so heartwarming. This was a great episode! Thanks Bussy again for everything.

could not disagree with you MORE on Shea - Janicza herself mentioned how that straight man grounding helped the others flourish & IMO it was as good as the others mentioned but certainly more so than Yvie and dare I say even Vivienne (I saw the trump more than anything else. She was fine but *ONLY* fine) Plus that runway was yet another moment of glory that did more for me than Vivienne's as well. Shea VERY easily could have gained another legendary legend st✨r this week. that said, congrats on your growth!
