Jammu and Kashmir Lt Governor Manoj Sinha was always perceived as an “honest” politician,. But what one of his own bureaucrats has pointed out speaks volumes of his gross financial irregularities. In a letter shot off by J&K Bureau of Public Enterprises Chairman Ashok Kumar Parmar to J&K Chief secretary its has been alleged that a bill of Rs 10 lakhs for Sinha’s son’s engagement party was paid by the state exchequer.
