My first time playing BeamNG with a VR Headset. Tried drifting and then a fun game mode where the AI chases after me. Got motion sickness after like 30 minutes of playing tho. If you want to see more BeamNG VR action, let me know!

It may not be the prettiest game in VR, but I've been waiting for this day for a long time. I won't even bother with non-VR racing games anymore, so I'm happy to see I'll finally be able to get back into this game. It runs mostly smooth with my 4070 Ti, but hopefully they can tighten things up so I can play at maxed out settings and get over 50fps.

we waited a decade for vr support to come back, and as per the devs saying in the VR thread on the official forum any VR updates are - 'very low priority'... just so everyone knows. and you can have smooth gameplay with settings cranked up in vanilla MP servers for the most part, its just bad quality/poorly optimized mods of real cars that make even a high end system with flagship parts struggle- which the devs cant control.

Same. I have a fancy curved monitor and also triple monitor setup. VR beats it by a long shot. Aside from BeamNG and City Car Driving, what else is good? CityDriver, TaxiLife, etc don't support VR wtf!!!

@Goosiest totally unrelated to the topic of this video but have you seen Japanese Drift Master recently? New update with working clutch and they have changed the season to winter and you can drive across the water. Not sure where but I managed to cross the water and find a road on the other side. This then led me to uncharted territory. The map is potentially going to be big for this game and I'm looking forward to it's actual release. Anyway all the best Goosiest and have a great Christmas.
