I highly recommend Rexlent's "I never thought it could look this good" gameplay video, it shows Bianca Veritas and Alisa fighting against each other. Imagine two Archer class Servants going against each other but actually using bows.

Oh yeah btw if you don't know yet there's 4 or technically 5 classes in the game if you count vanguards for uns(boss characters). But for omns, they have 4, it's attacker, tank, healer and amplifier. Amplifiers are basically healers but also gives buffs to your other characters. Alisa is an amplifier.

Yeah there are several bow characters in the game also the slow mo you were refering to an ability all characters in the game can do basically when you perfect dodge an attack you more or less stop time for a few seconds allowing you to punish enemies. Though there is a character called Bianca Stigmata who can do the time stop on command by holding the dodge button there is a cool down though so that it can't be spammed. And yes you should totally check out all the character animation videos.

I recommend watching a video called "Alya Kaleido Vs Echo [ Tw Babel NO UI]" by KasaumiChanXx. It's basically a player doing a boss fight without any UI, and the character he's using is one of the ones you liked in your community post (the painter).
