me and a friend pulled off a 4 man orisa illari combo. you dont need to full charge orisa ult. just enough to pop the ult for illari to take the kills.

To me Illari is the exact opposite of Lifeweaver, where Illari is the dps type support and Lifeweaver is the healer type support. Both are utility type heroes.

1) Orisa's ult at 500% would kill those enemies as it did both times, you wanted to use her ult at like 200% with the sun on the enemies. 2) Winston's ult is really viable, by confirming the kill it turns him into a beast that can jump around every two seconds and one shot squishies. Ball slam is also super viable and easy to coordinate with her ult; a surprise slam as an opener can be great too to get one of them low and slow them down . But Jay3 pretty much skipped ball, then complained about ball towards the end of the video, so I guess only ball players will know about illari+ball combos lol

People are over reacting to Illari waaay too much. Yes, the ult charge needs a nerf (I'd remove the slow from the ult too), but her high heals is easily countered if you have eyes and brains to shoot the pylon effectively taking away ~50% of her overall healing potential. Also when she ults any CC, cleance, bigger side AOE heals or just NOT being literally next to each other makes the ult essentially not that effective or completely useless. If zen was not in the game and was added now in the state he is, people would be furious and call him mega op due to discord (yes it still needs a small nerf which blizzard has not done yet for some reason) Illari can be very easily over nerfed if they touch pylon or her damage too much which would make her really bad. If they'd give any nerf to her dmg output best option would probably be to reduce the critical multiplier a bit.

I think if they nerf her. It’ll be her pylon healing per second from 0.8 to 1 sec. Then her ult charge increase by like 7-10%. When I play her I can get my ult before anyone else because of the healing with some extra damage in there. I’m not at god level aiming. I rarely hit headshots. But I can be consistent with body shots. Able to keep up with dps for the most part so if anything they’ll make her damage lower from 75 full charge to 70 full charge. I don’t see them lowering the charge speed since that would Be unfun by a lot

Well there are some other combos that are kind of like that to a support like bap wall is broken because it does so much damage. My idea to nerf illari is to make ult cost like 10% to 14% more than it is now maybe change the heal on the pylone to 45 per heal change the cooldown on it by like one sec faster when destroyed. I don't know about damage but i like the damage but people don't like how much damge it can do so i don't know about it.

Obviously instant damage will do it such as dva bomb and junk tire but ults like pharah barrage etc don’t do near enough to outpace the healing. Hitting a Grav with like 3-4 more ults into it is super impractical.

I've been one tricking her since she came out I found out you don't even need to hit the ground or the person if it passes by them and hits nothing it will still trigger the effect (I figured this out when I panicked one new queens street and a soilder scared me so I fat fingers Q then shot up the slope and missed but it went right pass him and hit an Ana that jumped into it.... I finished the soilder and Ana 😂

The most useful ones are grav and emp, those two combos can pretty much secure the kills except the enemy tank. If timed right with emp, enemy kiri or zar wont able to use their ablities.

I think they just need to come to grips with it and accept that she isnt a support. Take away the healing beam but leave the pylon but make the pylon have like a 10 sec duration and stick her in the dps slot. I have noticed, 90% of the games I have seen her in, they arent playing support with her but just hard feeding in the enemy back line and using the pylon for self healing only. That combined with how much damage she outputs relative to other supports, its a no contest. Once she is released into comp, its going to be a 2/3/1 comp until they figure out how to make her more of a support role.

I like how ppl say she’s broken 😂 She’s not even broken lol, maybe a little bit too strong but nowhere near broken. Her primary fire has a very slow fire rate so the enemies can hide or get healed EASILY before u can kill them. Her ult is literally only good if the enemies are dumb or if you combo, because all you have to do is spread out.

I had an Illari on the enemy team that was pocketed by a Mercy. She had 29 kills and 600 healing. Her teammates only had less than 10 elims, TOTAL. With a pocket, she is busted.
