I’m not sure if guiding light was ever human, as when you die to drowning, they say: 'You need oxygen to breathe... that's what I thought. Good to confirm.' While she may have a physical form, it would be weird if they were once human, if they didn’t know for certain that we need air!

Well, being able to speak in a human language is kind of a human trait. Of course, it could always be the case that it's more like it's transmitting a message into the player's mind in a form that bypasses any language bias. They could also just be incredibly intelligent and probably omnipotent demigod-like characters (architects - think The Good Place and the role that Architects play). Most likely it's just a convenient plot device and we shouldn't care about it.

3:38 fun fact: there's evidence to support that this statue is actually guiding light/represents them. this is because, when a player revives, for a split second, their avatar becomes a blue angel with wings & a halo, very similarly to the statue. you can also see how guiding light spawns them in with particles. (just like a minecart).

I headcanon that the architects don't have physical forms, but can manifest themselves through objects, as shown how the barrel of Starlight holds a similitude with Curious Light and how the crucifix mainly represents Guiding Light.

I REALLY think the statue is the red light because a: It is wearing an eye covered ring b: Limbo isn't exactly a positive word ( I believe it could be the red light's name) c: rulers of places love to have statues made of them, and theres a good chance the red light is controlling everything behind the scenes. d: the statue looks intimidating.

The “She” is Mischievous Light, the canonical third light in the game(Tho the name isn’t confirmed) the one who is evil, the one who has power on the entities, the one that works *with* the one who’s behind all of this stuff. And Guiding Light is potentially a male or non-binary former owner of the hotel.

Here’s what I think Curious Light and Mischievous Light would look like. If Guiding Light is suppose to be an angel. Curious Light would probability look like a god. Because in the room 60 painting Curious Light is in the centre while Guiding and Mischievous light are surrounding it. And I think Mischievous Light is suppose to be the devil or a demon. Because they are red and are responsible for the modifiers. I know Doors isn’t going in a religious direction. But it is inspired by some religious aspects.

i'd actually like to argue for the fact that the "she" is the red/mischevious light. when GL says "I saw you drink something before your demise, but i can assure you that stuff isn't strong enough" i think this arguably means that GL does NOT know what starlight is. it's referred to as "stuff" and "something" and not "starlight" itself, as well as GL not knowing that in some instances, starlight CAN save you from attacks. if its likely CL and GL know each other at least, then why can't that be argued for CL and ML?

I feel like guiding light doesn't actually have a true physical or human form and they truly are just blue energy. And I also believe that all three of the architects are genderless. And it's further proven that guiding light is most likely not the she character curious light mentions because when you die to drowning as you showed in the video, guiding light isn't completely sure that you need oxygen. So I doubt that guiding light would tell curious light that if it doesn't completely know itself

In my unneeded opinion/theory, the Architects are at least a little bit based off of the job of an Architect in The Good Place. There are quite a few similarities and it came out in 2016, ending in 2020. It isn’t unlikely that there could've been some inspiration from the show, and the Architects in both pieces of media have very similar roles. But that's just a theory.
