When Symone said growing your own food is luxury and rich I couldn’t agree more.
@bradley73 ай бұрын
Its very true, the only reason people have lawns and grass were because of rich people back in the day were showing off how much money they had that they didn't need to grow their own food and such, now there are barely any people growing their own food and herbs and medicinal plants. I'm glad homesteading/gardening is becoming more prevalent among the current generation.

In fact, you truly seem to enjoy one another's company. You even compliment each other like Symone did today. This is all so good to see. I'm going to watch it again! The vegetables looked so beautiful and delicious. There's nothing like homegrown fresh vegetables. I wish I had some of that fresh black cohosh right now it's good for hotflashes. I've never heard of it keeping bugs away. I know lavender plants repel mosquitos and gnats. I just enjoy watching you two so much. I love how Symone says how Gerald teaches her to take a breath and slow down. My husband is the exact same way. I am the one who wants to dive in, get it done, and move on to the next, but he steps back to assess the situation and build a plan in his head and it always turns out perfectly. God Bless you both and your families. Until next time PEACE✨️✨️✨️✨️

Why not put mulch around the fence and plant beautiful, fragrant flowers (annuals) to bring pollinators and add to the aesthetics of your garden? Maybe a processing table to clean veggies before taking them into the house. Eventually your harvests will be huge. Check out Hollis and Nancy's Homestead! They have a lot of great ideas for you guys to grow into. I just LOVE your videos, the fun you have with each other keeps me smiling and laughing right along with you. The love and appreciation for each other and your extended family is heartwarming. Your vulnerability and faith keeps it all real. Love you guys. Keep up the good work.
