I completely understand your thoughts and feelings about 20’s. I am 29 now and from my perspective- early 20’s I was defined by friends and what people thought, mid 20’s I was defined by work and success. But from 28 I started to be more kind to myself and not be defined by any outside factor. I am understanding better what my body and soul need. It would be great to have all life aspects at balance at the same time, but I am not sure that is possible 😅 Every season will have focus on few aspects, and then they rotate or change. And that is ok!

I'm turning 30 later this year and honestly, it's kinda scary how fast my 20s went by lol! But looking back, these past 10 years i've definitely become a LOT more confident and i've learned so much about myself and what I value in life. Everyone's lives are so crazy different at this stage. My sister got married when she was 26 and had two kids by the time she turned 31. Here I am, still figuring out what i actually wanna do with my life, in my tiny apartment with my cat. Today's society is driven by success, whatever that means, and by how much you have achieved. I feel like that stresses a lof of us out. Idk what exactly i'm trying to say in this rambly comment but I guess i just really relate to what you talked about in this video :) Also, happy belated birthday!

Love the chat! I'm 24 and miss the college lifestyle sometimes too - like living close to your friends on the college campus. Now post-grad everyone lives literally all across the country and I haven't seen my college friends since graduation! Which is a bummer, because like you mentioned, it's hard to keep up with people and everyone is busy with their jobs/life. Now I'm feeling nostalgic :')

I started reading the book called The Quarter-Life Breakthrough and it's definitely been helping me, especially being in our 20s. Being in our 20's and even probably in your 30s is such a weird stage of life. Everyone you know is in different stages not like when we were in high school or college, but this stage of life is def a strange feeling.

I'm turning 27 this year and I'm not gonna lie, I sometimes feel nervous thinking about it. growing up is a blessing but i haven't figured out My life yet...I learn as I go and as I grow. I think we all relate with each other even though we're all in different stages of our lives.

I 1000% relate haha I'm 23 and feel like life is passing me by but moments like watching your vid Natalie remind me that I'm right where I need to be even if my friends are spread out around the world and I'm still figuring out what my purpose is. There's something beautiful about being content in the season you're in, whilst still desiring and praying for other things to come to fruition, like community, a partner, a family etc. After watching this I definitely don't feel alone in it anymore ♡😌

I'm 25, about to turn 26. I'm struggling with every part of my identity right now... I moved a lot in my early twenties (moved states almost every year for work or for different reasons) so I feel like I have been starting over every year until now where I can finally lay some roots/foundation. Never been in love and find it hard to connect romantically with others. Making new friends and finding what I like/don't like. Not really sure what I'm doing in my career is making me happy. No ties, I can literally leave any second and start over which is both comforting and upsetting because I want stability eventually but unsure of when I will ever achieve or feel that.

I've always felt somewhat jealous of people who have their stuff figured out. Life might not always go their way but they know what they want and they are so adamant. I mostly felt sooo lost in my late teens and twenties while some people knew they wanted to travel no matter what or wanted a partner and babies no matter what. Now I have the perfect wife but she wants kids and I feel I'm already stretched past my limit just living this life without the stress children bring. We have been postponing for a few years but decisions have to be made. Thanks for this vid and for rhe comments, it's nice to know not everyone has it figured out.

I'm turning 26 this year and I def feel this! I don't feel any different then I was when I was 20, 21, 22. I also do feel like my success is defined by my career which I'm starting to lean back on. A part of me is over the hustle culture. I just want to enjoy life slowly with good memories and company, esp right now in my 20s because I feel like once I'm married with a family, I would reflect back at this time and realize how care free this time really was. I just don't want to look back and remember the good memories spent with good people

Thank you so much for sharing! I just turned 30 a few weeks ago and definitely feel so old saying that lol. I always thought by now I would have a family but I have been trying really hard to be kinder to myself and not put so much pressure on my husband and I. Man is it hard, especially when you are asked by so many people. Also, I 100% agree with your comment on not spending your college years in a relationship. I did that and while I try to not have regrets because I love where I am now I would say majority of relationships at that age are not worth the opportunity cost.

I think every time we live is challenging... when we are single, we chase a relationship and when we are in a relationship we see how hard it is ...when you are studying is d*mn difficult to concentrate in your studies and you are worried about so... and when you are in a job you are thinking if it is the right job. or would be better be an entrepreneur (oh gosh, poor naive soul).. I think it is the way we see our life and thinking is better looking back but maybe you are missing something more than college days... try to search more... maybe a friend or a place and take your time to visit them... and 20s and the defining your identity is a great point...

I 100% feel you Nat. I'm 25 and I haven't bought a house, haven't gotten any postgrad qualifications yet, and at the moment I'm trying to upgrade my job but I feel that I have more difficulty than most people getting past the interview. I feel that I haven't hit many of the milestones that I should've hit by now and sometimes I do feel upset thinking about it. I agree with you that I miss when things were more simple but I guess I have to keep pushing on

Turning 25 this year and I think this is the happiest I’ve ever been in my life but also the most confused. Like I feel like I know who I am and what I value and prioritize but I haven’t truly found my niche in my work or personal life yet. Im learning to accept everything as it comes and hope that the clarity will just play out. Until then Ill keep stumbling through I guess lol

I feel exactly the same !!!! I am 24 and I feel like I’m 20 basically. But when I look back I’m like woahh I did so much like where did the time go ? When did I manage to do all that. But it’s like I’m still not feeling like I’m 24 and I still feel like I just started and have so much more to accomplish so I don’t know it kind of confusing. I am really happy you’re sharing this here and you’re not trying to seem perfect and like things aren’t stressful or hard sometimes because at the end we all go through that. Thank you for sharing I really relate and enjoyed watching this ❤️❤️

I’m 22 and I relate. I graduated in December before my class. So now I’m watching my college friends and class graduate. And I miss college but like you said the carefreeness of it all And also I’m really glad I was never in a serious relationship in college and i was sad at the time, but it felt so good 😊. The 20s man are so different… especially with friendships cus I feel bad that I don’t have time to catch up with friends. It’s like stress but the best stress of like being blessed if that makes sense lol
