Tried them several times 1.) They don't have their own lounges and you're lucky to be in one that Priority Pass uses. They almost never have a buffet, cookies and some salads when you're lucky and those third party lounges are SUPER busy, often you don't find a seat anymore. The one shown in this video is NOT what to expect usually. Often located BEFORE you go through security (cheaper for them) and that makes them kind of useless. 2.) Everything is low cost. Food on plane not even close to quality and choice like on regulsr BC. 3.) Yes, lie flat seat. But NO privacy, super outdated, no thrills, but cheap. 4.) As they are not a member of an alliance you're in trouble when they are late, cancel a flight or rebook you. They are surely an option for some but keep in mind: it's a low cost concept with all the downsides that comes with it.

Literally no lounges are before customs. I won't say security incase you mean at gate security but that isn't very far or time consuming to go through. You also don't need to allow time to go through as as long as there is a line the flight will not leave without you.

I fly cattle class everywhere and stay in budget accommodation. That way, I have money to spend on fun experiences and can extend my trips by many weeks. Even long haul is only a temporary state ( and being Australian pretty much everywhere to us is long haul!) and cattle class or first EVERYONE is breathing the same stale, recycled, bug filled air😂

Honestly, the Harmony domestic lounge in Medellin, Colombia blows that lounge away. The outside deck is huge, with loungers and cover overlooking the airfield. Then there's a gorgeous large bar, with tvs, a pool table with a solid glass wall to see the runway. Many different seating areas including bean bags and other separate areas to sit, even some more private. Plenty of food, snacks, fruit, and other finger foods, drinks, liquor. I enjoyed the decorations of Japanese trees that are pink (fake). I have videos on my page in the shorts, honestly when I saw it on the Priority Pass app, I was excited to check it out. To me that is worth getting to the airport several hours earlier.
