I hate water too. So do my kids...but now we drink it every day so easy. The key is using a double Insulated bottle. The kind that keeps ice for literally 2 days. When the water is ice cold it goes down sooo easy

I have lost a lot over the year and I haven’t done anything to try. It’s just life at the moment for me. It’s been a stressful year behind the scenes. I was 76kg so to be 57kg now it’s quite a big loss.

I can relate to that virus except it's in my loungeroom, escaped to my family room, the dining room & even some of my bedroom. You eat a lot more sugar and more fried foods then us. A lot more soft drinks and juices etc. Your portion sizes are often much larger. We definitely have a cleaner diet.

Hi Mel. Love your vids and vlogs, just awesome! I went to the US 30 years ago, and weighed 12 stone when I left the UK and 8 weeks later when I came home I had lost a full stone - I couldn't believe it. We used to joke that they put growth hormones in all their food, including the salads, but for some reason I was a lot lighter when I got home, than when I left. I kept losing the weight when I was back in the UK, and got back to my target weight of 8 stone and have stayed there for the past 25 years, so whatever your goal is you can definitely do it. Good luck with your business back in Oz, hope all goes well for you.
