Alot of characters in GG are insanely good but overshadowed by the top 5-6. The moment the top go down then people will start being more vocal about characters like this obnoxious yoyo nuisance

That is probably true, it is always bad when a fighting game has like top 5 or so characters that dominate. Sure some will always be the best but some level of balance is needed.
