Few people are aware of the FACT that the majority of people who bought land & built in urban areas in the last 10 to 15 years HAVE NO title deeds. Many are fighting to get title deeds but most developers selling stands in urban areas have fallen short. These urban people are no different from rural people on communal land except that rural people got their land for free. Avoid too much fuss over title deeds. Rural land is rural land, approach it with that sense. Government policy will change...there is already policy debate around rural title. The wise will have policy change happening whilst already holding land.😏
