Nice gameplay, great combo adjustment. The worst feeling every hwoarang expert experience is that when u have a read and go for the just frame skyrocket and u get right flamingo switch 😂

@@numbonarooff i fully mastered the jfsr in 2018, imagine how many times i got RFS, df4 and regular skyrocket which is the worst option

@@lordozb The D3,4 nerf hit hard, so I'm trying to switch up my game plan without relying too much on D3,4. Apart from that, I think Hwoarang is pretty solid in heat, but he's still a B-tier character. What rank are you currently at?

@@numbonarooff went from Raijin to Flame ruler 🤣 D34 hurts but also DF 34 on block is insanely negative now. Hwo already doesn't have decent mids and we had one armoured move that too now taken away.

can you tell me how to deal with ppl who sidestep my attacks and guess my 50 50s, because ive been getting destroyed since the hwoarang nerfs in fujin

Remember to use these homing moves more often: DF4, Left Flamingo stance F4, and LFF DF3, one of Hwoarang's best homing moves. Hwoarang is vulnerable to sidestepping, so higher-level players will always try to sidestep or sidewalk against him. It's important to make good use of these homing moves. As for the 50/50 part, you need to mix it up. Avoid being too predictable with your mixups.

Hwoarang is weak to side step so you can utilize that. Honestly it all comes down to how much knowledge you have in the hwoarang matchup. Jin has very good tools to easily counter almost all of his mixups. It's all about practice and knowing the matchup. UF2 is good against hwoarang if he's pressuring you a lot

If the Hwoarang player is using too many high attacks, you can duck and launch them with WS2, which is i14 and really effective against Hwoarang. Additionally, moves like crouching DF4 and D2 are good options for dealing with Hwoarang's high attacks as well. I will soon upload a video of Jin vs Hwoarang, so you can learn from that. Stay tuned!
